Balls System: How Points Are Earned and Lost

In Lax Champions, points are everything. The more strategic and precise your decisions are, the better your team will perform. But how do we calculate your success? That’s where the Balls System comes in. It’s a point-based system where players earn or lose points based on their in-game actions. Here’s how it works:

Points for Actions:

• Goals: +5 points
• Assists: +3 points
• Ground Balls: +2 points
• Faceoff Wins: +1 point per win
• Saves (Goalie): +4 points per save
• Caused Turnovers: +2 points per turnover
• Goals Against (Goalie): -3 points per goal conceded ��
• Penalty Minutes: -1 point per minute of penalty time
• Turnovers: -2 points per turnover

Bonus Points for Special Achievements:

• Hat Trick (3 Goals): +3 bonus points
• Shutout (Goalie): +5 bonus points
• Assist to Goal Ratio (multiple assists in one play): +2 bonus points
• Penalty Points:
• Red Card: -5 points
• Yellow Card: -2 points
